Description: Hip hop is a high-energy, dynamic street dance style characterized by upbeat music, rhythm, and personal expression. Classes focus on foundational movements such as isolations, popping and locking while building cardio, fitness, coordination and confidence. These high energy classes are suitable for male and female dancers. Work up a sweat in a fun way!
